Look what the Easter Bunny brought us on Friday 15th April!

Junior & Senior Infants had a very exciting morning searching for chocolate eggs. Yum Yum!

 

Shrove Tuesday

To celebrate Shrove Tuesday, Junior Infants made and decorated pancakes. The had lots of fun making their pancake faces.

How to make a pancake……..

First, we find some chefs….

We sieve our flour…..

In a separate bowl, we crack our eggs……

Then we add milk to the eggs……

We whisk the milk and the eggs…….

Next, we add the beaten milk and eggs to the flour……..

And mix………

Our pancakes!

Now we decorate our pancakes

Our pancake faces

Now we get to enjoy our pancakes!
